How do you get involved?

Weekend Workshops

  • 4-6 hour trainings, centered around 8 foundations
  • Champion Builder, Relentless Athlete, Goal-Getter, Results Earned
  • train skills, develop confidence, build camaraderie, test fitness benchmarks



Weekly Team Training- Sports Performance Class

  • 90 minutes, 2 days per week with entire team
  • General Athletic Preparedness
  • comprehensive training of athletic foundations


Specialized Small Group Training

  • 60 minutes, 2-5 athletes
  • Elite Fitness Training
  • developed around & focused on specific need &/or desire to excel/play at a collegiate level
  • heavier lifts, longer workouts, specialized programming



On-site Conditioning/Clinics

  • 60-75 minutes at the facility/location of your choice
  • speed/agility, balance/coordination, body weight training for stamina
    • you choose the days/times
